Basist, Todd Harrell, was arrested early Thursday morning for driving under narcotic influence. He was taken in by D’Iberville, Mississippi police after his involvement in a car accident where he allegedly failed to stop at an intersection and crashed into a pickup truck. Police said that Harrell did consent to have blood drawn once officers at the scene suspected he was under the influence of a narcotic. Todd was released on bond after an appearance before a judge. Harrell, former guitarist Matt Roberts and lead singer Brad Arnold formed the band in Escatawpa, Miss., in 1996. Roberts left the band in May with health problems.
